1. SaaS Data Subscriptions, Sharp Signals & Virtual Currencies

Kinetix operates a predictive market exchange and sells SaaS Data Subscriptions that provide real-time access to the Sharp Signals Matrix — revealing top 10% sharp-trader capital concentration, surge velocity, and value edge indicators. Subscriptions may also include complimentary virtual currency allocations:

• Gold Coins (GC): a free virtual currency with no cash value. Gold Coins are used purely for free-to-play predictive trading and global leaderboards.
• Sweeps Coins (SC): a free virtual promotional currency awarded with eligible data subscriptions or via free mail-in entries. Winnings from SC markets may be redeemed for cash prizes (1 SC = $1.00) under the rules in Section 3.
• Not Financial Advice: Kinetix SaaS data feeds and sharp signals metrics are provided "as is" for market intelligence, educational, and entertainment purposes and do not constitute financial, investment, or betting advice.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To participate in prediction markets and leaderboards, you must register using a valid email address.

• Eligibility: Kinetix is intended for users aged 18+. Prize redemptions additionally require successful identity, age, and residency verification.
• Verification (KYC): You must complete identity verification before redeeming Sweeps Coins prizes. Failure to verify will prevent redemption.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Sweeps Coins & Redeemable Prizes

Sweeps Coins are awarded only as a free gift. They are used to play in Sweeps Coins markets, and winning balances may be redeemed for cash prizes.

• No purchase necessary: Sweeps Coins are obtainable free (with a data subscription, or via a free mail-in alternative method of entry). A purchase never affects your odds of winning.
• Redemption rules: prizes are redeemable at 1 SC = $1.00, subject to a minimum threshold, a one-time play-through of gifted SC, and successful identity/age/residency verification. Geographic restrictions may apply.
• Sweepstakes: Sweeps Coins promotions are free-entry sweepstakes governed by the Official Rules. They are not gambling.

4. Permitted Use and Restrictions

Kinetix is intended solely for personal, recreational, and educational entertainment. You agree not to:

• Use automated bots or scripts to manipulate leaderboard calculations or simulate artificial traffic (excluding official platform trading bots).
• Buy, sell, or trade Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins off-platform, or attempt to trade virtual account balances with other users for real-world currency. Only Sweeps Coins prizes are redeemable, and only through the official redemption flow.
• Exploit any math or pricing anomalies in the AMM pricing engines to gain artificial advantages (please report anomalies to support@kinetix.markets).
